*Note on freeze dried: 1 package of 8 oz of fresh berries = 1.6 oz of freeze dried is $12.50. We sell elderberries by fresh or frozen weight, then freeze dry them. We don’t sell by the freeze dried weight. One (1) pound of fresh elderberries freeze dried results in between 1-2 ounces of finished product since 90% of the moisture is removed in the process.
