Local North Carolina wildflower, raw, filtered honey infused with elderberries regeneratively grown by us with no chemicals (no herbicides, no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, etc) and no-till.
Elderberries were cooked to remove the cyanogenic glycoside, then, freeze-dried so they don't raise the moisture level of the honey. Finally, the elderberries are infused into local North Carolina honey. The result, a beautiful, dark, healthy elderberry honey!
