A natural pairing — local honey and blackberries from the farm. This small-batch infused honey has a rich, slightly tart sweetness that’s wonderful stirred into tea, spread on toast, or taken by the spoonful. Made with local honey and real blackberries. No fillers, no shortcuts.
Local North Carolina wildflower, raw, filtered honey infused with blackberries regeneratively grown by us with no chemicals (no herbicides, no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, etc) and no-till. Hand-picked!
Blackberries are freeze-dried so they don't raise the moisture level of the honey. Then, they are infused into local North Carolina honey. The result, a beautiful, rich blackberry honey!
